Simple Presentation:   Record live presentation for limited in-house viewing.
Cost: $1,000 to $1,500 per day
Cost Factors:  Single camera shoot, no editing, minimal development time. Presenter's location.  Duplications available at an additional cost.


Complex Presentation I: Record expert's presentation incorporating higher production values.
Good for conveying complex concepts for internal use.
Cost: $3,000 to $5,000 per day.
Cost Factors:
One or two camera shoot, minimal post-production with graphics, 2 to 4 weeks pre-production. Controlled environment (studio), rehearsal, professional lighting.
Complex Presentation II:  Add depth and complex graphics to presentation delivery to heighten interest,viewer involvement. Suitable for rebroadcast and outside distribution.
Cost:  $10,000 to $20,000 for up to 30 minutes of video
Cost Factors: Multiple cameras, locations, specialized equipment, professional talent, editing, scriptwriting extensive preparation and pre-production time (minimum 8 weeks).
High-Impact Message I: Using controlled style and content, message is delivered with a professional look and feel, providing the perfect medium for high impact promotional messages such as video press releases, product announcements, commercials
Cost:  $25,000 to $45,000 for up to 15 minutes of video
Cost Factors:  Highly produced, scripted, professional talent, additional graphics/animation, effects, more elaborate location shooting, fine-tuned script, extensive pre-production time (minimum of 10 weeks).
High-Impact Message II:    Pull out all the stops and put video to work for you! From animation to graphics, actors to extensive editing, convey the most complex concepts using analogies, metaphors and audience involvement.
Cost: $50,000 and up
Cost Factors: Extensive scriptwriting, video production staff (producer, graphics staff, talent, production assistants, camera people, lighting crew, sound crew, make-up artists), location shooting. Minimum 12 weeks pre-production.
